As this is the inaugural year for MC2, we have partnered with Faith Baptist Mission (FBM) as a registered entity to provide all the official financial aspects of the conference including payments and receipts.
To maximize the benefit of attending, we recommend everyone to attend the entire conference; however, we understand that this is not always possible. You are welcome to attend the portion of the conference that you are able. Due to the nature of reserving the campus and dining facilities, we are unable to offer partial conference registrations.
The phone numbers are utilized to contact attendees if there are any complications before, during or after the conference. The phone numbers will not be shared publicly or used for solicitation purposes.

While we desire everyone to benefit from this conference, MC2 is not able to issue official travel visa invitation letters. We recommend that you contact the mission organization that you are affiliated with to request an invitation letter from them prior to registration.

For those attending the conference, there is no permit required or cost to park on the Judson campus. A map will be issued and signage posted for the designated parking areas for conference attendees.
WiFi will be available throughout Judson’s campus. Login instructions and details will be included with your welcome package.
Yes, all spaces of the conference will be accessible to those with disabilities. Keep in mind that Judson is a beautiful campus spread across many acres so there is a good walk between the various buildings.
Childcare is not provided. We understand that not providing childcare makes it difficult for some people to attend. However, due to legal and logistical issues, we are not able to accommodate this situation. Thank you for understanding.
The conference is being held on the campus of Judson University. Judson will have armed and un-armed security onsite throughout the conference.
By attending the conference you attest that your photo may appear in promotional material for MC2.
During the conference there will be a lost and found located at the registration table. If something is discovered missing after the conference, please contact info@missionsconstruction.org for any lost articles. Please note that we cannot guarantee recovery of any lost articles.

There are two primary airports in the Chicago area. Chicago O’Hare International Airport (ORD) is 25 miles from Judson University and Midway International Airport (MDW) is 45-50 miles depending on the route. Please note that travel times from the airports can vary greatly depending upon traffic conditions.
There are full rental car facilities located at each airport. In addition, taxis are available as well as ridesharing services. Unfortunately, there are no shuttles available to/from the hotel.
Each attendee will make their own lodging reservations. Judson University has extended their special discounted rate for all attendees with the Holiday Inn & Suites Chicago Northwest-Elgin.

Conference registration includes lunch and dinner on Friday and lunch on Saturday as well as snacks during break times indicated in the conference schedule. Dietary restricted meals are available at the conference. Please make sure to select this option during your registration.
We understand that many people have varying dietary needs/restrictions. Please be advised that we will make every effort to accommodate your needs, but may not be able to accommodate every dietary need. If you have a very restrictive diet, we recommend that you bring your own meals or arrange for meal delivery service at your own expense. Unfortunately, we cannot discount registration if you chose not to eat the provided meals. Thank you for understanding.
There is a wide variety of fast food as well as sit down restaurants available within a 2-5 mile radius of Judson University. In addition, there is a Bennigan’s located within the Holiday Inn & Suites.

Every aspect of the conference is to equip you for the work of Jesus among the nations. However, as this is our inaugural event, we are not set up to offer continuing education credits.

The goal of MC2 is for organizations and individuals to network extensively during the event. As such, we have designed many opportunities for networking. However, as this is our inaugural event, we will not have an exhibitor hall or any sponsorships during the conference.
If you desire to have the slides from a presentation that you attend, please speak with the session speaker privately after the session. This will be at the sole discretion of the session speaker, please be respectful of their decision.
